More than just a brand.

Mario and Allie opened their restaurant in a small hometown with a simple dream: to serve the kind of authentic Italian food passed down through Mario's family. It became a destination, with guests traveling from across the region and a staff that felt like family.

In 2023 that journey paused when Mario's health forced the dining room to close. The story didn't end there. Through a partnership with Profit Cookers, the Mario's brand is now being introduced to communities across the country, same recipes, new way to enjoy them.
